What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
Driver's license valid for at least 1 year, minimum age 21, official ID (ID card or passport).
What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Any shortage will be invoiced at the current rate + CHF 30.
Can I add an extra driver?
Yes, all you need is a valid driver's license and proof of identity. A small fee of CHF 10.00 may apply.
Is a deposit mandatory?
As a general rule, we require a deposit of CHF 200. In certain cases, however, we also offer rentals without a deposit, subject to conditions defined in the contract.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period. After this time, the full amount for the first day will be charged. In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation is due.
What happens if I return the car late?
Any delay in excess of 30 minutes will incur a flat-rate penalty of CHF 50.00 per hour started.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Additional charges may apply.
